Requirements


Academic qualifications:

  • Item 1 of 1
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline

 

Knowledge, skills and experiences:

  • Item 1 of 9, 
  • 5 - 7 years' relevant experience in HR, with at least 4 years in recruitment, solid experience in recruitment agent is preferredItem 2 of 9, 
  • Experience leading high volume recruitment activityItem 3 of 9, 
  • Experience running competency-based and technical interviews and using other assessment and selection toolsItem 4 of 9, 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in both English and MandarinItem 5 of 9,
